As we monitor the COVID-19 situation developing around the world and in our communities, our top priority is to maintain the health and safety of our employees, clients, and community members while maintaining a consistent level of client service.
What we are doing internally:
In addition to the health and safety recommended precautions suggested by local, state, and federal agencies, we are communicating with our team members regularly, ensuring they are updated on evolving situations as information unfolds.
We have alerted our employees who are ill or who have family in their homes who are exhibiting any symptoms of respiratory illness not to report to our offices or any client site. We understand that if employees are not well, they may also need to take time off to properly address their health needs. To date, we have had no team members to which this applies but we will be following strict quarantine rules in alignment with the most up-to-date guidance for employees who have been (and those who have family members who live in their homes who have been) in contact with someone who has been exposed to or diagnosed with Coronavirus.
What policies and procedures we have in place for our clients and customers:
At this time, we have asked our team members to reach out to our clients to postpone and reschedule any and all face-to-face sales, vendors, and field meetings. At Modern Group, we have invested in the necessary technology to allow employees to work remotely as they maintain their phone numbers and email addresses so you are able to reach them by the channels you normally would. Any scheduled product deliveries twill still take place unless you have been notified otherwise. We are asking that you please contact your Modern Group representative if they have not contacted you already in order to arrange any necessary virtual meetings or reschedule any on-site meetings if need be until further notice.We understand that this is a busy time for many of you as you are handling your own personal and business matters.
